Pullman Standard-like cars at the Rio Claro maintenance works. According to Rodrigo Cunha, from Campinas SP, these Pullman clones were cars originally supplied by American Car and Foundry; their typical clerestory were removed during the revamp and its roof assumed the same design of the Pullman Standard cars purchased by Paulista in 1952. Another details that reveal the original builder of these cars are the presence of friction bearings and the absence of the brake cylinder in the trucks, typical features of the original A.C.F. cars.
