A freight train, pulled by two Cooper-Bessemer locomotives, crossing the bridge over the Mar Pequeno ("Small Sea"), the river that separates the Ilha de São Vicente from the continent, bound to the Santos port. This photo, probably shot during the 1960's, belongs to the Nílson Rodrigues collection; he kindly sent a copy to this album.
