This is a photo of a home-made electric locomotive built at the E.F. Central do Brasil maintenance works, using Metropolitan-Vickers spare parts. It was nicknamed Ferro de Engomar (Iron Pressing), due to its peculiar shape - by the way, clearly inspired in the GG electric locomotives of the Pennsylvannia Railroad.
