This plate is a mark of the 1986 Paranapiacaba preservation effort. It records the inauguration of the Paranapiacaba Historical Preservation Center and the restoration of the buildings of the railroad line and the funicular between the Fourth and Fifth Stations (Patamar) in September 30, 1986.
